Performing: If you’re a performer interested in bringing your talents to our stage—whether it’s live music, live painting, dance, or lyra performances—select this option and let us know what you have in mind!
Volunteering: Want to lend a hand? We have a variety of volunteer roles, including:
Security: Main venue security and VIP section security.
Hospitality: Help out in the green room, with band hospitality, or with guest areas like our bathrooms.
Collaborative Art: Assist with interactive art installations and live art experiences.
VIP Refreshments: Help manage our VIP section’s snack and refreshment table.
Champagne Preparation: Assist with preparing and serving the champagne toast.
Vending: Interested in becoming one of our vendors? We have limited spots—between 4 to 6 artisan booths and one food vendor slot in our kitchen—so reach out early to secure your place.
Media: If you’re a member of the media interested in obtaining a media pass to collect photos or video content at our event, choose this option and we’ll provide you with the details.
