LOAD IN & SOUND CHECK

Please plan to arrive between 2-3 hours before doors open so we have plenty of time to check-in, unload gear, run cables, mics, set up drums, etc. Sound check starts 1 Hour before doors open You can park right out front on High St. If you find a spot, GREAT! If not no worries you can put on your blinkers and park in the bike lane until you're done unloading. Then find parking on High St. or the South Charlotte St. parking lot.

PLAYING UPSTAIRS:

  • CHECKIN: Check in & the ticket booth and get your VIP band. You will have to haul your gear up lots of stairs. Meet with our sound tech to discuss set times and sound check and where to set your gear.

  • GREEN ROOM: Located behind the stage. Store your gear & hang out. Enjoy drinks set in the mini fridge.

TERMS

Liability Release:

  • By performing at our venue, the artist and all band members agree to not hold the venue responsible for any injuries, sickness, damage to property, or death that happens on our property, regardless of the cause.

  1. Radius Clause:

    • The artist agrees not to play any shows within 30 miles of our venue from 14 days before to 14 days after the event.

    • The artist agrees not to announce or promote any future gigs until our event date passes

  2. Plus Ones Policy:

    • Send us a list of each band member for check-in. No free entry for roadies, family, friends, etc.

    • If the artist wants free entry for anyone, we'll take the cost out of the artist's pay.

  3. Payment:

    • We'll pay the artist within 10 days after the show through the agreed method.

Note: These terms aim to keep things clear and fair for both us and the artists. We're all about making sure the show goes smoothly and everyone has a good time.
